What happens if the internet connection is interrupted during a webcam show?
The payment will stop immediately. This ensures that the member is not over-charged for the service.
Our servers constantly monitor all members to see that they are still online.
If the conection is lost, then we stop the show. Once the connection issue is resolved,
the viewer can try again.
What is the best browser for our network?
We recommend you use the latest version of Internet Explorer.
Active X - Java and Java script should be activated, this is a default setting, so you dont need to change anything in your browser.
All this is covered in the Model Guide once you have signed up to be a webcam host.
What happens if I cannot see a picture on the screen when logged in?
Check if you are running any firewall of internet security software which could be blocking your connection.
If you are still experiencing problems, our support department is available 24/7 to assist you with your needs.
How do I cancel as a Webcam Host?
If you wish to stop working, contact your studio or crewleader and he/she will assist you in this matter.

Can members find out where I am located?
No. All models are anonymous.
The only way a member can find out where you are is if you inform them yourself.
It is our company policy to keep all model information private and confidential.
It is against our policy for models to give our their personal or business information in their chatroom.
This is for your safety.
Who is responsible for my online sessions?
You, the Model are responsible for your online sessions including your Private and Gangchat sessions.
We request that you stick to our Model guidelines as laid out in the manual you will receive once you sign up.
Are there rules for my webcam shows?
Our Welcome Pack outlines can offer details of what you may or may not do during your shows.
These rules are outlined in our Welcome Pack.
It is important you read and understand this fully before you begin working.
Some acts are considered indecent/ illegal and are not allowed.
Failure to follow the rules could lead to removal from our network.
How many visitors may I have in my chat at one time?
You may have as many visitors in your chat as you like.
Since the chat and webcam stream is hosted on our side, the number of visitors in your chat will have NO impact on the speed of your stream.
Where do I promote myself?
You will have your very own personal homepage where your pictures, movies and general info can be displayed.
Members that browse your pages to see your schedule and other content updates.
Try to be unique and creative in your description to entice members to come and have a chat in your "Private Room".
Should I work from Home, in a studio or in the "WebCam Mansion" ?
To help decide which is best for you, take a look in "Our Studios" section to see if there is a studio near you.
If you would like to work from the comfort of your own home, it is required that you have your own PC and internet connection.
If you do not have your own computer and cannot find a studio near you, then maybe the Webcam Mansion option is right for you.
